On January 2, 2017, Air Asia in Kualanamu International Airport has implemented Auto Baggage Drop.
Implementation of the new system was intended to remind service to passengers in order to more quickly in the handling of passenger baggage.
How To Use Auto Baggage Drop:
1. Scan your boarding pass
2. Put the luggage in Conveyor Belt
3. Bag Tag attached printed luggage
4. Scan the barcode to forward the luggage and take a receipt luggage.
5. If there are other baggage, repeat steps 2-4.
